Post-In Repair

Can't Get to Barking?
Post It To Us

Board-level repair is rare — most towns don't have anyone doing it. If you're outside London, send the device to us and we'll diagnose it free and tell you what it needs before you commit to anything.

How Post-In Works

Four steps, no surprises.

You'll know the price before any work starts, and if we can't fix it you don't pay a repair fee.

1. Tell us the fault

Send a quote request or message us on WhatsApp with the model and what's wrong. We'll say straight away whether it's worth posting.

2. Pack it properly

Bubble wrap, a rigid box, and tracked postage. Don't include chargers or accessories unless we've asked for them.

3. We diagnose it free

We inspect it under microscope and come back with a fixed price. Nothing goes ahead until you say yes.

4. Repaired and returned

Tested, then sent back tracked and insured. Return postage is quoted with the repair so there's nothing added later.

Worth Posting For

The repairs most
local shops turn away.

A screen or a battery is usually worth doing locally. What's worth posting is the work that needs a microscope and a hot air station — the faults a general repair shop will quote you a replacement for.

Told it's not worth repairing? That's usually the point at which posting it to us makes sense — get a second opinion before you replace a £1,000 machine.
