Repairs for East Ham, Stratford & Newham

Where your device actually goes.

Newham is our neighbouring borough to the west, and the District and Hammersmith & City lines connect it straight to Barking — East Ham, Upton Park and Plaistow are all a handful of stops away. Stratford is further out but far better connected than the distance suggests, with the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, the DLR and the Overground all meeting there.

Stratford in particular sends us a specific kind of job: devices already taken to a high-street shop or a mall kiosk and handed back with a replacement quote. A kiosk can swap a screen or a battery. Repairing the logic board underneath — a failed power chip, a snapped USB-C port, corrosion after a spill — needs a microscope and a hot air station, and that is a different trade.

If somebody has already looked at your device and told you it is finished, that is exactly the point at which a second opinion is worth having.

Newham spans E6, E7, E12, E13, E15, E16 and E20. E12, E15 and E20 do cross into neighbouring boroughs, so if you are near a boundary the postcode matters less than the journey — call and we will tell you the quickest way over.

If the trip isn't practical, our post-in service works the same way as walking through the door — book the device in, print the slip, send it tracked. Free diagnosis on arrival, a fixed price before any work, and it comes back tracked and insured.
